A coaching engagement creates the structure and space to reflect on your leadership impact, organizational opportunities and challenges, and your personal development. Busy leaders quite often find that they get caught up in the day to day demands and don’t find time for introspection. Coaching facilitates reflection and exploration of issues and topics that are important to you, with a focus on achieving outcomes each session. Many leaders particularly value their coaching time as the complexity of their roles increase or as they are contemplating their path forward.

During coaching discussions, relevant tools and practices are introduced to support the specific outcomes that you are striving to achieve. I partner with and support you while also offering candour and challenge. In doing so, I will explore perspectives, highlight mindsets and patterns, inquire about potential barriers observed, connect dots and delve into current underlying influences. Accountability is promoted in each session, in reference to committed actions, practices and key take aways.

It is important to me, as a former business leader myself, that your time invested in coaching is productive. Each session is directed by the agenda topic(s) that you bring forward and the related outcomes that you want to achieve from that discussion. Together we also ensure that the broader coaching engagement objectives that you defined are being addressed through our sessions.
